Join three fearless poets Leigh Herrick, Kimberley Blanchette, and Lewis Bosworth for a reading and discussion of their work. Come get fired up with their stories and art, which engage with questions of identity, politics, and engaged living!

Leigh Herrick is an engaged, Indie/DIY poet, writer, & recording artist. Herrick lived her formative years in Milwaukee and Ashland, WI. Coming from a family of union workers, she attended the 2011 Madison rally in support of workers rights. HOME FRONT: POEMS OF THE BUSH II YEARS is her first self-released volume. Kimberly A. Blanchette is a Poet, Artist, Photographer, Activist and Public Speaker. She has appeared on cable, radio, YouTube and has spoken at venues all across the U.S. As an author she has published 3 books of poetry, with another to be released at the end of April, and 2 cd's of poetry. Lewis Bosworth is a Madison poet with 3 books in print. A linguist, he’s interested in GLBTQA studies, musical theatre, travel, church liturgy, and disability issues. He sings in the Perfect Harmony Men’s Chorus and reads his poetry at open mikes and poetry conferences.
