Author Event: Arrested Development by David Couper

David Couper's book, Arrested Development: A Veteran Police Chief Sounds Off about Protest, Racism, Corruption and the Seven Steps Necessary to Improve Our Nation's Police, describes his journey from patrol officer to chief of police in seven short years. In Minneapolis, he was a cop by night and university student by day during those tumultuous years in the late 1960s.

Now, this February, we are happy to bring local photographer and activist Dennis Weidemann for an author appearance and discussion of his beautiful book of photographs of the WI protests!
